2. About Our Company
Ground-Penetrating-Radar.ca is a specialized division of AnyLeak.ca, proudly serving British Columbia since 1999. We provide Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) inspection services for residential, commercial, government, and industrial properties throughout British Columbia.
Our services include but are not limited to: GPR leak detection, concrete slab scanning, rebar and post-tension cable location, subsurface utility location, moisture mapping, and non-invasive structure assessment.
3. Services
All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or quote. These Terms supplement any such agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our sole discretion.
GPR services are non-invasive inspection tools. Results are based on data interpretation by our certified technicians and are provided as professional assessments, not guarantees. Subsurface conditions can vary and not all features may be detectable by GPR technology.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
- Ensure safe and legal access to the property or area being scanned
- Disclose any known hazards, utilities, or special conditions prior to service
- Obtain any necessary permits or authorizations for the work
- Use our reports and findings only for their intended purpose
- Pay all agreed fees according to the agreed payment schedule
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in British Columbia, Ground-Penetrating-Radar.ca and AnyLeak.ca shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or reliance on our reports
- Damage to property or utilities that were not disclosed prior to service commencement
- Limitations inherent to GPR technology, including targets not detectable at the time of survey
- Any losses resulting from client failure to follow provided recommendations or guidelines
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and reports produced as part of our services are the intellectual property of Ground-Penetrating-Radar.ca / AnyLeak.ca. Reports provided to clients are licensed for the client's specific project use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our written consent.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as outlined in individual service agreements or quotes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon completion of service. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges as permitted by British Columbia law.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the quoted service fee to cover mobilization costs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
